Steampunk and Metal Tape

Wooow så inspirerende å forsøke seg for første gang å lage kort i Steampunk sjangeren og med Metall Teip!!! Fikk super inspirasjon i Ett Trykk.

Wooow what an inspiration to try make a card in the Steampunk genre for the first time and I`ve also used Metal Tape!!! I was so inspired by

Ett Trykk.

Inni kortet har jeg laget en gavekortholder./

 Inside the card, I`ve made a gift card holder. Or if you want to put a money gift inside.

Paper: Webster`s Pages. Stamp: SimplyB - Marcius Digi colored with Distress Ink Refill. Metal Tape: Biltema.

Under metall teipen under har jeg lagt litt forskjellig som utstansede dieser fra Spellbinders, netting, mutter, tykk tråd etc. Metall teipen er lagt på kortet i ganske små biter og gnidd mot underlaget for å få motivene frem. Så sprayet jeg på litt  kobberspray og tørket nesten alt av i en retning. Til sist svart akryl maling som også ble tørket av. Motivene er printet ut fra internett.

Below the metal tape, I`ve put the metal tape, I added a bit different as die-cut die from Spellbinders, wire, nut, thick thread, etc. Metal tape is placed on the card into very small pieces and rubbed against the surface to get the subjects out. So I sprayed on some copper spray and wiped almost everything. Finally, black acrylic paint was paintet and almost wiped off. Motives are printed from the internet.

Shoes, Box and a EaselCard to A Newborn Baby!

For en tid tilbake kjøpte jeg boken Papirnostalgi av A. M. Jogert og I. Santini. Der fant jeg oppskrift på disse skjønne babyskoene, papirperlene som pynter forsiden av skoene og den lekre esken som kan åpnes og lukkes uten at noe er limt. Det er bare de søte bjørnene på toppen, som holder esken fast.

For a while ago I bought the book Papernostalgia written by A. M. Jogert and I. Santini. I found recipe on the cute shoes, paper beads that decorate the shoes and the delicious box in the book. The box can be opened and closed without any use of glue. It's just the cute bears at the top, holding the box firmly.

The shoes will be in the box.

Paper pearls are painted with decoupage.

To a Cool Birthday Boy

Before christmas, I painted this cool boy from hÂnglar & stÂnglar with Pastel Pencils. He has now been placed on the first page of this card.

 Inni kortet henger en konvolutt jeg har laget hvor du kan ha gavekort, penger ol. i/

Inside the card an envelope is hanging. I`ve made it for giftcard, money etc.

Coloring: Pastel Pencils.  The edges are distressed with Tim Holtz Paper Distresser and aged the edges with 3 different colors of Distress Ink. Dies from Spellbinders + Glimmermist and Sparkle.

Skjønne Love Bug er en av Kenny K`s nyeste Digi Stempler. Jeg har brukt Word og Photo Scape for å redigere henne. På mitt kort har Love Bug fått en liten søster og en ekstra blomst.

Cute Love Bug is from Kenny K`s latest Digi Stamps. I`ve used Word and Photo Scape to mask the Digi`s together. On my card Love Bug got a little sister and an extra flower.
